R-PASS is an IIoT Gateway/Router that integrates, in just 32mm of depth, a powerful ARM microprocessor, up to 4 Ethernet ports (1 WAN), 10 I/O channels, two serial ports, and a WiFi module (-W version). A multi-purpose device that includes an advanced gateway, datalogger, alarm management, Wi-Fi router, logic functions, VPN technology, and remote assistance / remote control functions.
R-PASS offers client/server connectivity solutions for the implementation of systems of varying complexity and with different simultaneous access points to the plant or individual machine. The unit is expandable with the R-COMM module to achieve 4G LTE WW connectivity.
Integrated into the LET'S platform, the gateway can support Point-To-Point connections for Teleservice or Single LAN for Remote Control. Through the use of IIoT protocols such as MQTT and OPC-UA, R-PASS also integrates seamlessly with data analysis, supervision, and management systems, ERP, and MES. It is the ideal solution to provide digitized and interconnected industrial solutions to maximize the productivity and efficiency of your plants in Industry 4.0.
R-PASS also comes complete with a widget-based data visualization interface useful to manage alarms, send commands, and set/view graphs from any HTML5 web browser.
The complete configuration of the device takes place via webserver or EASY SETUP2 software and does not require expensive development environments.
