Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped when the order arrives before noon on the day after receiving your payment. Orders after 12.00 will be sent the day after. Shipments are made via DHL in Belgium with a delivery time of about 24 hours and with TNT outside Belgium (delivery time depending on location). If you prefer an Express shipment, extra costs will be charged. Contact us before choosing this delivery method. We can ship on our account or on yours.
For existing customers the shipment is sent immediately if it is in stock, the payment term is 30 days.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. The treatment cost is a fixed amount of 5.00 € for orders lower than 50.00 €, the transport costs are a fixed amount of 15.00 € for orders lower than 350 € for orders within Belgium. Different rates apply to countries outside Belgium. We recommend that you place your items in one order. We can not combine two separate orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is given to sensitive items.
